Q: Are your back/cover products cases?
A: Our products are not cases, they are premium leather backs that cover one side of your device.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Each one of our products is handmade to order - all sales are final.

Q: My product isn't sticking to my device, what can I do?
A: The adhesive we use is made by 3M specifically for our products and only loses it's stick if the back of your device was dirty when you applied it, or if the adhesive gets dirty. We offer replacement adhesive on the respective product page.

Q: How is my product shipped?
A: To keep shipping costs low, we use the United States Postal Service.
A: Express International orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Domestic shipping is $3 - 2-7 business days*
A: 2-3 day domestic shipping is $7
A: Express domestic shipping is $25
A: International shipping is $7 - 10-14 business days**
A: Express International shipping is $90 2-5 business days***

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Each one of our products is hand made to order they usually ship in 2-4 business days and you will receive an email with tracking info when you order is shipped.

Q: What kind of leather do you use and is it real?
A: All of our leather is real, we only use genuine premium cow, calf, crocodile, ostrich, pony hair, python, stingray, etc.

Q: Where are your products made?
A: All products are designed and produced in New York City.

*If you spend $50 or more domestic shipping is free. If you spend $100 or more, international shipping is free.

**International shipments usually take 2-4 weeks to arrive but can take longer depending on your local customs office. Tracking updates are not always guaranteed once the package has crossed the US border.

***Express international shipping takes 2-5 business days and will be more than $80 for certain regions. You will receive an email if the express hipping rate is higher.
